Antidote Cocktail

In 2016, Pat Ray came up with the idea for the Antidote Cocktail. Pat developed this recipe while he was attempting to create an old-fashioned cocktail with a summertime twist. Pat’s first attempt at making the cocktail featured Zucca Barbaroo as the base spirit. On the other hand, I used Cynar, which produces a variant that is simultaneously sweet and bitter. This flavour profile is taken to a whole new level with the addition of ginger and honey syrup, which creates a sweet and spicy sensation in the mouth. Give the Antidote Cocktail a shot, and then report back to us with your thoughts on it.
