Barbados Sunrise Cocktail

Barbados SunriseWe’re going to make a Barbados Sunrise Cocktail that’s not to be confused with a Paradise Cocktail or a Rainbow Surprise Cocktail, although they do look similar. However, if you’re looking online for this cocktail, you’ll see it in one of two different ways. However, the Barbados Sunrise Cocktail or the Barbados Surprise Cocktail is the same, so don’t worry about it.

It’s just all about personal preferences and what you enjoy in the cocktail, but before we get into making the cocktail let’s talk a bit about the ingredients, the first thing we need is a little bit of white rum. In this case, I’m using a little bit of Bacardi White Rum. It’s a good old standby and excellent in many cocktails.

The next thing you want is your orange juice of choice. In this case, I am using store-bought orange juice; however, it is unsweetened because this will be a sweet cocktail. The next thing we need is a little bit of Blue Curacao, which will give us our blue sky effect. We also need some homemade grenadine, one part sugar, one part pomegranate juice with orange look here cooked into it, and for our garnish, we need an orange slice all right we’re going to make this cocktail in two parts it’s necessary. Still, it is so easy to do even though it sounds complicated.
